I got Zachary (Congo African Grey) from Gina in May 2006. Gina was a
wealth of information, and after many conversations and much research, I
had my baby boy. In October 2006, I contacted Gina once again (who else)
to ask about the babies available. After much debate, and much more
research and questions for Gina, I brought home my baby girl, Zowie
(Yellow Naped Amazon) in December 2006. Although it is only the icing,
within two weeks, Zowie was saying, "good girl" and indeed she is. I see
Gina as the best of both worlds...she has a good variety of babies to
choose from, yet the babies are raised in a small household, interact with
children, are fully familiar with the daily activities of a family (with
dogs), and each one is raised with exceptional love and individual
attention. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone thinking about or
interested in getting a bird. She's the best!!!

| I was looking for a bird to add to my
flock and did some research on Senegal’s. I immediately decided that I
wanted to get a Senegal and started to search the web for a breeder. I
found Gina’s ad, contacted her and after exchanging a few emails decided I
would get my little one from Gina.
Gina is a wonderful woman who loves birds. She always responded to
my questions and made me a part of Sweet Peas life even before I
brought
her home. I always looked forward to Wednesday mornings because I knew I
would have an email with recent pictures of Sweet Pea. The week before I
brought Sweet Pea home I received a list of foods to purchase and a Birdie
Coming Home letter filled with great information.
I made the two hour drive and finally met Gina, her family and of
course Sweet Pea. I can’t say enough about the care and love Gina gives to
her birds. Sweet Pea is beautiful, friendly, confident and eager to
explore. I can’t thank Gina enough for giving me such a great bird.

I Want to thank Gina for the BEST caique EVER!
We had a cockatiel in the past that we bought from a pet
store
We did not know how old it was or any other information.
After he died we did ALOT of research to find the perfect bird for our
family we did not want a bird that would be attached to one member of our
family (we have 3 children ages 10 12 14) and we wanted a bird that would
bring joy and laughter to our family.
Gina was highly recommend by another breeder to us. I
was only looking for a caique. We went to her home to see the caiques she
had and the thing I like most was her home was spotless and so was the
bird room. She answered ALL our questions and we put a deposit on the bird
that night. After that every week we saw pictures of our caquie and the
best was
she always had time for us to come and see our bird which was ALOT like I
said we have 3 children so I know we were a pain. Thanks for being the
best breeder and raising the BEST bird he is so people friendly and well
adjusted, and social. He fit right into our home. Gina was also there
after you bring your bird home for questions. I HIGHLY recommend Gina and
if you would like to give my name as a reference please do so. I would
recommend Gina to everyone who is looking for a bird.
She also did a DNA test on our bird and in about 1 week
she got back 2 us & we found out he is a BOY...
We named him Coby.
He is so playful, quiet, active but not crazy active
just a PERFECT bird we love him very much..
& We all suggest you to get a bird from GINA.
She will help you find the best bird for your family..

We bought a Green Cheeked Conure from Gina and we named him Stewie.
Stewie is the most wonderful little birdie. He's such a little piggie
too. Boy can he eat! He fits right into our family. I bought him for my
wife's birthday and she loves him so much. He sits with us when we're
on the computer. It's sooooo cute! He tries to type on it with us.
Gina was great
to deal with. After going to a bunch of pet stores, it was nice to meet
a breeder who knew about the bird we were getting. Breeders are so much
better then pet stores. So much more personal. We never owned a conure
before and she was very helpful with her knowledge. I would recommend
her. Thanks again Gina!

I
recently brought home a sun conure baby from Gina. I can't say enough
wonderful things about Cricket (the baby) and Gina. Gina was excellent
with all of my questions (and there were so many) and has still been
very helpful after the purchase. I did a lot of research on the right
species for me and checked many breeders before coming upon Gina. After
a few emails, I knew her love, care, and knowledge would ensure
a wonderful companion. She impressed me so much that I drove from VA,
passing plenty of sun conures on the way, to get my Cricket. Cricket
made herself comfortable right away. She ate well, had a healthy
luster, and was so social. Within hours she was content to jump up on
my shoulder and nuzzle by my neck for hours. This is the bird I dreamed
of. I would always recommend Gina to potential new parrot parents and I
hope, in the future, I can return to her when I'm ready for a new
addition to the family.

If you are considering purchasing a
parrot I can say without any hesitation, getting my parrot from Gina was
the best thing I
did. The time and effort she spends on hand raising her babies is
unbelievable. On top of that she still finds time to answer "every"
question, regardless of whether the questions were before we choose to buy
from her, during or after we got the "girls" home. The updates and the
photographs were exceptional and is a great way to feel like you are
bonding with your new parrot. One of the girls was a gift for my son so we
were able to make a nice album from all the photos that Gina sent. Gina
gave us information on feeding, interaction, wing clipping…you name it,
she was able to advice us. Having had a parrot before, I know how
difficult it can be for a parrot to get acclimated to their new home
environment, they tend to not want to eat. Our girls ate as soon as they
got home, and have been absolutely remarkable to be with, handle, and play
with. Thank you Gina.Lindsey

Having limited
experience with parrots when I decided to embark on adding one to my
household, I contacted several bird stores,
bird breeders, etc. As a
retired Rottweiller breeder, I talked to as many bird people as possible.
Gina impressed me with her expertise, and interest in an individual, as an
owner of one of her birds.
I purchased Elroy, a Yellow Nape Amazon from
Gina. He arrived to his new home as a bird who was obviously handled and
cared for thoroughly. Elroy has been in my home for approximately 3 ½
weeks. He is wonderful, intelligent, a great talker, and possesses a great
temperament. He easily adapted into my household (five Rottweillers). He
is entertaining and very interactive with his family and accepts guests
graciously. Everyone who meets him, loves him.
Gina answered all my questions about care, feeding, and
handling. I must add that I asked many questions and e-mailed Gina
continually. I highly recommend Gina for any bird you might consider
adding to you home.
